Our services are intended for students in Classes 8 to 12 and their parents/guardians. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our services. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Registration & Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your login credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Course fees are displayed on the website and must be paid in full or as per the instalment plan before accessing paid content.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We do not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay.
• Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trial access to certain courses. Trial periods are limited and may be revoked at our discretion. At the end of a trial, you must enrol and pay to continue accessing the course content. No payment is required during the trial period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including course materials, videos, study notes, logos, and website design — is the intellectual property of JSS Academy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Code of Conduct

• Students must attend live classes on time and behave respectfully.
• Recording, sharing, or distributing class recordings without permission is prohibited.
• Any form of harassment, cheating, or disruptive behaviour may lead to account suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

JSS Academy strives to provide high-quality education but does not guarantee specific academic results, grades, or exam outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
