Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all course enrolments and payments made on jssacademy.in. We want you to be satisfied with our services, so please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for select courses so you can experience our teaching quality before committing. No payment is required during the trial. We encourage you to make full use of the trial to evaluate whether the course meets your expectations.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund

If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have attended fewer than 3 classes, you are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund

Requests made between 8–15 days of payment may be eligible for a partial refund (pro-rata based on classes attended), at the discretion of JSS Academy.

No Refund

Refund requests made after 15 days of payment, or if more than 30% of the course classes have been attended, are not eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation by Student

  • You may cancel your enrolment at any time by contacting us via email or phone.
  • Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund — the refund eligibility criteria above apply.
  • Upon cancellation, access to course content, live classes, and recordings will be revoked.

5. Cancellation by JSS Academy

In rare cases, JSS Academy may cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases:

  • You will receive a full refund of the course fee.
  • We will notify you at least 3 days in advance via email and phone.
  • Alternatively, you may transfer your enrolment to another available course.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at jssonlineacademy@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered name, email, course name, and reason for the refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

7. Instalment Plans

If you are on an instalment plan, cancellation will not waive any pending instalments that are already due. Refunds for instalment plans will be calculated based on the total amount paid minus the pro-rata cost of classes attended.

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration or processing fees (if any)
  • Study materials already downloaded or accessed
  • Courses where the student has been suspended due to policy violations
